we replaced a new drum because it said that it needed a new one. So we did and it still says to replace the drum even thogh we replaced it with a new one. what can we do ?

Is the new one a compatible or a sharpe original if compat fit a new original as this maybe the cause if an original check and clean all the contacts or you just might simply have a faulty drum unit.
