Question about Fujitsu ScanSnap S510
Windows 7 Office 2010 SP2. scanner was not working after PC upgraded from XP to Windows 7. I uninstalled the software and reinstalled newest version from website. We can view the document but when use scan to e-mail we get internal error.

Uninstall the scanner software and also the program you use to access the scanner Restart the computer and reload the software[s] Or first try a system restore.

You may want to try using Laser Fiche. This scanning software allows you to select "Duplex" which allows you to scan double sided document

go to device manager look for imaging device (scanner) right click and uninstall. / click scan for hardware changes tab, found new hardware must be appeared and click next / select don't search, i will choose the driver to install / click show compatible hardware and choose scanner driver found and click next. and finish.
