Pattern lock @ forget user name @ pass word

Usually after entering the incorrect pattern five times it will lock up for 30 seconds, but it will also provide an option on the bottom of screen that says "Forget pattern?" You must enter your User name and password to reset the pattern.

I have forgot our password and user name.so pls solve my problem.immediately.
My phone is samsung GT S 5302.

if it gave you a time out, then you just have too wait. if its totally locked up you have to login with google email information.

UNLOCK BY USING MY USERNAME AND PASSWORD

1 - Press Volume + , Home, Power
2 - use volume to select wipe data/factory reset
3 - Yes (delete) all user
4 - It will reboot
5 - Done

To unlock the pattern screen lock, sign in with your Google account.
1. After 30 seconds, tap Forgot pattern?
2. The user need to log in with the primary gmail.com e-mail address and not the alternative email address connected to the Google account.
3. Tap the username field and enter the primary Google account user name.
4. Tap the password field and enter the primary Google account password.
5. Draw a new unlock pattern and tap Continue .
6. Draw the new unlock pattern again and tap Continue .
