The knob on my kitchen aid pasta roller keeps getting stuck and i cant change the setting i need to be at

It needs either oil or the gear has slipped. A machine repair person, such as a sewing machine repair might be able to help you out for a small fee. Good Luck!

You are probably missing or have a bad cog in the setting gears.

TABLE CLAMP BROKE

These clamps can be bought 2 ways, look for pasta machine clamp or craft clay roller clamp on eBay. The clay roller entire machine set is much cheaper than the pasta machine, but they have the same clamp.

I got the brush stuck in the spaghetti cutter attachment. I turned off the machine but we can't get the brush out.

I had the brush get stuck in my spaghetti attachment and the attachment would not turn. My husband got out his drill with the smallest bit & he drilled a hole through the teeth of the spaghetti attachment & the bristles fell out. I can now make spaghetti once again.

The handle on our Marcato Atlas 150 keeps getting stuck and is difficult to pull out for storage. Any ideas?

I opened the rollers to the widest setting (Zero), and placed a folded business card between the rollers. I then turned the dial down so the rollers were "pinching" the card, and while keeping tension on the dial to gently squeeze the card, I gently shook the handle for a few seconds and it came out!
