Change username and password

user name admin and password admin

I assume you want router info - default username is admin and no password (should be on a sticker on back of router), default config web page is 192.168.0.1. If these have changed and you don't know them, it's probably best to reset the modem to factory defaults - usually by pushing reset button for about 8 secs. User manual should have this info or download it from http://www.linksys.com/

I am not having trouble with my firewall, I need my WEP id and password to use for my wireless. This is the 5th time I have requested help and if this doesn't resolve my issue I will be looking into why you refuse to help.

I think it's username blank and password "admin". The default address is 192.168.1.1

HELLOW I IHAD THE SAME PROBLEM BUT WHAT I DID IT WORK FOR ME I DONT KNOW IF ILL WORK FOR YOU BUT YA DONT LOSE NOTING ON TRYING SO IN THE BACK THERES A LITTLE BUTTON BETTWEN THE ETHERNET AND THE USB IS ON A RED COLOR PRESS IT AND IT SHUOLD RESSET IT NOW WHEN YOU TRY TO CONNECT IS GOING TO ASK YOU FOR A PASSWORD AND THE PASSWORD IS LOCCATED ON THE BOTTON OF THE ROUTER UNDER THE BAR CODE WITH THE NAME FCC REG: ............ AND THATS THE NUMBER AND IF IT DOESNT WORK WITH THAT NUMBER TRY ALL ON THE BOTTOM OF THE ROUTHER
