Re: monitor not working
If it is completely shaking then problem is in power supply filter ckt.
1 please check main filter capacitor.
2 check bridge rectifier diode for open.
3 loose connector in power supply.
But if it is shaking on top then check for horizontal oscillator section.
if you are not rech. person take the help of skilled tech.

This display uses a capacitive touchscreen. It relies on the conductivity of your finder work. It may be that it has lost sensitivity and only works when there is a path to ground through your body. If this is the case then the touchscreen will need replacing.
OK, I've figured it out! There's something wrong with the control chip, so if you don't have it under warranty, here's what you can do: 1. Turn off the monitor 2. Unscrew the face of the monitor 3. Remove the bottom part of the face from the backside, so you can see the chip (the control chip is located on the face of the monitor, under the buttons) 4. You will see a small white connector about 5mm wide, UNPLUGG it 5. Put the small cable that you've unconnected under the front, so you can close the monitor back 6. Close the monitor and plug it back in
That's it. You won't be able to change your settings (they autoadjust anyway), but you won't have to throw the monitor away!
Do have the 3M driver? If not you can go to their web sight and down load it. You'll need to know what touch card you have, Microtouch or Dynapro. The monitor will be marked hopefully or you could call tech support. Just google 3m touch screen drivers.
