based on limited description of the issue possible causes -
1. memory corruption
2. corruption of bios
3. boot sector on hard disk failed or crashed

This often comes because a system change has made your processor panic into thinking something is trying to damage it or access it mailiciously.
Look up the technical specs for your machine and find the reset option. This should clear it
