I have not used my camera since may. my battery and charger was misplaced. I borrowed a battery and charger from a friend with the exact same camera. i charged it until the green light stopped. Replaced the battery into the camera and the camera will not turn on. 3 months ago i had no luck powering it on grom an ac adapter, and tried the pc connector to see if with that I could get power to download my memory card.

Possibly the charger itself is bad and only operating as a electrical connection/power cord for your camera. Try borrowing or buying another charger or take the camera to a local camera repair center or Best Buy, etc or contact customer service for your camera's manufacturer.
Hope this helps. Mike
It's unlikely that the charger burned out from being connected to the
camera with no battery.
Try taking the battery out of the camera again, and carefully putting it
in, again. Make sure the camera will turn on, to check that the
battery is well seated.
Then connect the proper charger. If there are still no lights, try
plugging the charger into a different outlet that you know is good. If
it still doesn't work, it's probably bad. If you must have a camera
tomorrow, start calling friends to ask if you can borrow theirs. You
can get another charger later.

David Are you leaving the power on while you are charging the Chair? If you are try charging with power off at the joystick. The manufacturers of all power batteries do not recommend charging with automotive chargers. I would try to locate a friend or neighbor that also has a chair or scooter and borrowing their charger for a few hours to see if it will charge your chair. If not contact your provider and borrow a charger from them. If the different charger works then yours is bad. You shoud be able to order a charger through your provider or by calling Pride Mobility @ 1-800-800-8586 Hope this helps you PS I didn't say you couldn't use the "other" charger. But I wouldn't want you to think I approved of it
If you have a friend who uses the same battery try one of yours in their camera to see if it works properly. Alternatively, try the opposite and borrow a known good battery from a friend and try it in your camera.
You either have a major problem in your camera, a coincidence of two dead batteries or a broken charger. Make sure all you connections are clean. Just a simple piece of printer paper rubbed over the battery contacts is enough to clean them. Ensure the charger connections are clean and even the connections in the camera. Check the lights on your charger. Is there any indication the battery is flat to start with and any indication of when it's charged? Usually a red light means the battery is charging and that light going out or turning green means it's charged. The battery shouldn't have to be on all night. Usually it should take maybe an hour or 2.
Finally, how long have you had your batteries and are they Li Ion or NIMH. Nicads are no good for digital cameras. They can develop memory problems. So if they are Li-ion or Nimh ensure you are using the correct type charger for those batteries
try these steps. 1.. borrow same battery from a friend and insert it to your phone and switch on. 2. borrow same type of charger and charge your phone and wait to check. 3. else, try, inserting your battery to your friend's phone and check if her phone will power on, but be sure to let him know of your problem, so she or he may be aware of it. , hence, just do step 1 and 2, 4. go to your nearest service center and have them check your phone.
I think AC power charger of your camera got defective first and later on battery lost its charge so no power for camera now to power up. Try to borrow same charged battery from friend. neighbors etc and test your camera. If camera power up, it is sure that charger has gone and you need new one. let me know in that case to guide you further.
