Try holding down the reset button - from what I hear it takes a few minutes of pressing it down.
Both of these methods may carry the risk of losing data.

- If that doesn't work try Home -> Tools -> Settings -> System -> Reset Settings - this is supposed to make the Mylo reboot and you will be prompted to set screen callibration, time zone etc.. There is also supposed to be a master reset - press Fn, Sym, and BS - Function, Symbol and Backspace - all at the same time for 5-10 seconds.Both of these methods may carry the risk of losing data.
