Power is ON,but no audio/video (by 4 users)

If I turn on the power Button,Power light turns On but I m not getting any sound & picture(No audio/video).

I was watching TV. The screen when white. I have sound from the last channel I was watching. I can change to the radio and change radio stations but CANNOT change TV stations and I have NO picture.

it just shows a blue page and a red lock on top.and it is not switching channel or performing anyother functions.

This denotes a problem in the high voltage power supply. Check the HV anode for 20KV-30KV, then check the horizontal output transistor for a short.
you will need a schematic diagram
a multimeter
an oscilloscope
it check this problem if you don't have this equipment and or no background in electronics I would suggest you taking the set to a repair shop to be worked on.
