Not powering on

I'll assume that you've had the phone for a while, and that this isn't something that happened out of the box. One of two things are the most likely. First, your charger didn't charge the phone, allowing the battery to go stone cold dead. If you know someone with a Samsung charger, try charging the Rugby II overnight, and see if it works after that. If it does, you will need to replace your charger. The second likelihood is that the battery has gone bad, or is just old. The only fix for that is to replace the battery. A less likely third option is that the phone was damaged somehow. Try the first two, and then check with your phone vendor. Hope this helps!
