Pull up a terminal and type:
cd /whatever/the/path/is/to/your/bin/file
sh whateverYourFileNameIs.bin
and it will run, if you have permissions to run it.
If not, or if it gives you errors, type:
su
it will ask for the password for root. Put it in, then run the above commands.
