Hi Loopy, Check under Help -> About Band In A Box ... it should be listed there. However, I don't think you need that from BB 2013.

There is little info on your problem but I think you mean the screen went black while downloading a film. Normally computer monitors turn themselves off (dormant) to save energy and the life of the monitor's screen if not used for 10 or 30 minutes, depending on the settings, but the download just keeps going. Mine is set to 10 minutes. All you have to do is disturb the Mouse and see if the monitor screen switches itself on. There is another power saving option, and that is the Computer itself. If the computer is not used for one hour, it too goes dormant, but can also be set to switch itself completely off after the download is completed. However, if a computer is left on for over an hour, it can switch itself off to save energy and the computer's own wear and tear. It all depends on the computer hardware and the settings. If it is hardware controlled, then it may or may not switch itself off but it still goes dormant. Or it can be set to whatever you wish it to do, stay on all the time, go dormant after a set time or switch off if there is no prolonged activity.

It is possible the Software is either dormant, it means it needs activating, or it was not installed when windows or sony Vaio was downloaded.

hi just a quick one, have you tried checking the oil? i gather this is an auto, if so, best way to check oil on an automatic is to start the car, then check the dip stick, as most people check the oil in the box lie they do the engine oil, but this is not the case with an automatic...hope this helps please vote thanks

Look for a message that says Convert and click on that if the powered down version appears.It will guide you through the process. If not, read below.

These advertisement trojans are particularly hard to get rid of. The reason is that when one opens it hides several others that are inactive and usually undetectable. These lay dormant until they notice that the others are not working any longer, then one or two will open and hide more, but they will not all open. The reason that they are so hard to contain is that they lie dormant in all types of files, even picture files. When you think you've gotten rid of them, about a week or so later it starts all over again. Unfortunately,and I know you don't want to hear this, the only sure way to get rid of this is to wipe the hard drive and start fresh. Keeping any old files from your hard drive may reinfect the new system.
