Question about HP iPAQ HX4700 Pocket PC
I MS Active Sync, when I sync ai get the message "Resolve items for Calendar, Contacts and Tasks. When I click on resolve items I get: "Items of 1 oer more information types cannot be synchronized and to reconnect device to computer which doesn't help. It worked the night before I put it away. Now today I get: Sync cannot be started because you arenot able to log into the network and acess information. Restart desktop and resync. Contact network admistrator. The only thing I did since the last sync was to add two new emails and add an appointment. I download a new version of CCleaner (crap cleaner) for the laptop. I just backstepped one day on laptop just to see if it would help but it didn't. What should I do? Both work fine independent of each other. And it doesn't make a difference if I sync by blue tooth or USB connection.
Got start> programs > active sync> open> then connect the usb cable...after phone is detected try to do sync. reinstall active sync can also help.
