Re: on/off button

Try a cellphone repair shop in your area... I think they can have it fixed since they are similar to cellphone parts or small parts.

Pure DAB radio not coming on when turned on. Just showing setting clock on display?

On all PURE products you have the option of being able to return the product to its original factory settings. As well as being useful for fully re-tuning the radio, a reset effectively 're-boots' the product's operating system which removes any user settings such as presets and timer/alarm settings. A reset can often resolve any anomalies found.
tip.gif Note: You will need to re-enter your network security information after performing a factory reset. Make sure you have your network security key to hand before performing a reset or you will not be able to re-connect your radio to the internet.
Instructions for EVOKE Flow/AVANTI Flow/ Oasis Flow/ ONE Flow: Make sure your radio is switched on. Press and hold the 'Options' button down for two or three seconds and confirm the reset when prompted.
Instructions for Sensia: Make sure your radio is switched on. Tap 'Settings', tap 'Update' and tap 'Factory Reset'. Confirm the reset when prompted.
Instructions for Siesta Flow: Make sure your radio is switched on. Press and hold the 'Options' button down for three or four seconds and confirm by pressing the 'YES' button when prompted.

Nothing works. Just flashes 12:00

Quite likely it is a problem with the power-on button. You need to open the case. Lie radio face down and insert a screwdriver in the slot at center bottom and twist slowly till you hear popping noises. Then work your way slowly around the opening seam on both sides of the case. Press in with the screwdriver as you do this. The case top will become detached from the bottom. Lift up and open it pivoting around where the volume control and lock switch are. The blue on/off button will fall out. You should blow out any dust with a computer air-spray can. Probably you need to put a dab of epoxy onto the small raised blue platform on the on-off button that sits immediately above the black switch on the circuit board. Let it harden before re-assembling the unit. This worked for me.

Unable to use push button switches. All seemed stuck..

Check the obvious first, is the key lock on? If it is there would be a small key symbol on the screen. If this is not so then do a reset, use a small point as a pen tip to activate the reset button. You will loose all time setting but the memories should be fine. I have one of these and they are a good radio!

No sound from Evoke-1 DAB radio.

I've seen a few (Pure & other brands) like this.No communications between the micro and the dab module . could be either thats at fault.. Doubt it would be an economic fix. sorry.
