I sent to an auto parts place and bought it and casually asked the clerk where it went. He almost offered to go out into the parking lot to help me. He told me where it went, but then I forgot. They ran out of manuals (handy and cheap), but I got one on order. PS: Kia used the same one and it costs either the same or less. Back then there really wasn't much difference between Kias and Hyundais. You could call up one of the nationally known auto parts suppliers and simply ask the guy over the phone and tell him you'll come down and pick it up if he has one.
you can try to buy new fly wheel or flex wheel at a auto parts stores but more likely dealership part.reason for flex plate to cracked due to stress and heat or starter bolt breaks causing starter hit flex wheel.
the manual can be purchased at auto zone or advanced auto parts. if no luck there, try looking it up online at clear mechanic.com if that does'nt help try webresourceful.com for a complete auto manual online.clear mechanic will give an indepth look where parts are located.webresousreful.com will want you to pay online for an auto manual. hope this helps and thank you for choosing fixya.com
its not that hard you make sure you have the right size wrenches if you have a Napa or Autzone or advance auto part they install the battery for free but give these websites a try www.alldatadiy.com and www.autozone.com wish you the best of luck Michigan Man.
You'll have to reset your clock and it will reset the computer in the car but you'll be fine. Just remember, black to negative and red to positive. Keep them straight and you won't have an issue.
Also, parts stores often change them for free if you buy the battery. Napa, Auto Zone, Advance Auto, etc. If you're that uncomfortable.
P0441 is evap system insufficient purge. It means that the computer thinks the purge control valve isn;t operating properly. The fuel tank pressure sensor can send faulty info causing code to set but most of the time it is just the purge valve that needs replaced
Satlaan: You need an odb2 scanner to extract the trouble codes. If you don't have one you can buy one for around $30 from most auto part stores. Alternatively, some auto part stores (Auto Zone for example) will read your trouble codes for you, for free. The trouble codes could be anything from a loose gas cap to a misfire, without the scanner there is no way to know.
Rashidas: How did you fix the speed sensor? This is not the speedometer cable that bolts to the transmission, but a separate sensor inside the right side front wheel behind the brakes.
An easy fix, if the check engine light is on find an Auto Advance, they can clear the code for you. Any auto parts store may be able to as well, Auto Zone is another one that may be able to help.
