Question about LG Shine KE970 Cellular Phone
Okay. I just got the new LG Shine yesterday, & it came in the mail, & it was working perfectly fine, & I completely fell in love. --Until an hour ago. I use AT&T, and I have cell phone signal almost everywhere. But when my signal went out and wouldn't come back, I thought turning the phone off and turning it back on would work. It just created an even bigger problem. Now my phone won't even turn on at all. I tried charging it, ..Nothing. I tried the master reset, ..Nothing. Although I'm not sure I did the master reset thing right. There's a rubber cover on it, and I pulled it out with a needle. I got that much. & then I stuck the needle in the little hole. Still nothing. Should I send it back, or do you have any suggestions?
JUST PACK THIS CELL IN RUBBER BAND AND THROW IN A RIVER I HAVE JUST LIKE SAME PROBLEM IN MY PHONE BUT I CANT SOLVE IT

The best solution is to reflash is with Original GO firmware which is v10a version. it should solve the problem. google to find the flash file. remember one thing if it doesn't solve your problem its definitely a hardware problem.. hope this might help.

Removing and re-inserting the SIM card was the cure for me.

I recently had the same problem with my Shine. I removed my sim card and then re-inserted it a minute or so after, and now my phone turns on again. Not sure if it will work for anybody else, but it did the trick for me.

The thing under the rubber is the connector for external antenna

Get a new phone, that sorted my problem, lg is so SH** they dont even have a trobleshooting guide for it and they hav no clue that this problem exists in the phones, do yourself a favour and get a u600 silver or a 6300
