What would cause the driver side front door speaker and the passenger side rear deck speakers not to work. When if fade the sound all the way to the front with no sound in rear and with the balance turned all the way to the left (drivers side front) no sound but when switched all the way to the right (passenger sider front) I get sound. Same with the rear with all sound faded to the back. With balance switched all the way to the left (drivers side rear) there's sound, but when switched all the way to the right (passenger side rear) again no sound (weird) basically a crisscross pattern. I even went as far as replacing the deck and that didn't fix the problem either. Could someone help me resolve this issue.

Check the speakers if they work. Connect the speaker terminals using a short wire to a 1.5 volt battery (AA or any dry cell batter) and listen if there's a thumping sound when the wires are connected to the battery terminals. If there's no sound, your speakers are busted. If there's a sound, check if the wires are okay. Use the same method with the battery with the wires from the back of your stereo. Make a small cut on the wire and attach the short wires you used earlier.

SOURCE: one speaker works all the time the others only sometimes

Could be intermittant wiring issue or the speaker itself.

If you have another spare car speaker you can hook up temporarily, I'd start there. Disconnect one of your "bad" speakers and hook up a known good one. If the temp. speaker works OK all the time, then you know you wiring is okay.

Let me know if more ?s!

SOURCE: durango radio fade problems

Your front speakers are more than likely blown. They make all kinds of different models and price ranges to look at. This gives you a good opportunity to upgrade your stock speakers to handle what your throwing at it.

Did it fail while you had vehicle, or like this when you bought it? Could be bad radio or wiring harness was chopped up when previous owners had an aftermarket radio installed. They probably just slapped the OEM radio back in when selling car. And didn't put all the OEM wiring back in.
