Magic sing-No mic output coming out when connected

i used this magic sing of mine for quite sometime,then suddenly there is audio output but no mic coming out,i send it to a local electronic tech.and he just instaled a new mic parts.this no output.this time i pull out my gadget,and i check its confg.it always say main mic OFF,even i select it ON.any idea about my problem?Thanks for your reply
