PC slow -hungs up playing online games

i agree with juggernautxt but make sure the game your playing does not need 3ghz to run or you do not have enough memory to run it

its not a problem with your board it's programs taking up your ram. you need to clean your computer of ad ware and clean your browser history before you log off internet. the ad ware is typically what slows a computer down, these are programs that are down loaded to your computer while searching the net which then communicate over the same line your using to play your games to tell the people what you are doing on the web. I recommend AVG firewall and anti virus. It will clean all this stuff out of your computer and gain you some speed back.
