Activate Wi-Fi hotspot on your iPhone and then try to connect Wii.
Delete the old configuration settings and reenter them again.

SOURCE: interactive internet play on the wii

Go to Wii Options in the lower left.
2.jpg

Click on Wii Settings to the right.
3.jpg

From this first list, click the right arrow.
4.jpg

Now on page 2, click on Internet.
5.jpg

Then click Connection Settings.
6.jpg

From this list, click Connection 1.
7.jpg

Then, click Wireless Connection...
8.jpg

and then click Search for an Access Point.
9.jpg

It will briefly search for any access points and when this screen comes up, click OK.
10.jpg

The following will be a list of nearby access points. If the one you are looking for doesn't show up, click Try again. Then, click the one you have access to...
11.jpg

When the following screen appears, click OK...
12.jpg

and OK again.
13.jpg

It will test the connection...
14.jpg

And if successful, the following will drop down. Click Yes to update Wii.
15.jpg

Sometimes the above screen is false, saying there is an update when there isn't and the following will appear...
16.jpg

Now, back in Wii System Settings, click on WiiConnect24.
17.jpg

From the following list click WiiConnect24.
18.jpg

Click On and then Confirm to save your settings. This feature allows for updates to be seemlessly sent to your Wii so you don't have to do the final step every time.
19.jpg

Ok, the final step, just as a way to make sure your Wii is up to date. Click the right arrow from the 2nd page of Wii System Settings.
20.jpg

Click Wii System Update...
21.jpg

click yes...
22.jpg

it will test your connection for a few seconds...
23.jpg

an update screen may quickly come up and tell you there is an update (whether or not your Wii actually needs one)
24.jpg

and the following screen will appear. Click Wii Menu to finish.

Why doesn't my BLU 5.0 hot spot work?

Make sure your hotspot is getting a strong signal from your carrier. Try restarting the PC or the hotspot. Try disconnecting and reconnecting to the hotspot as well.

I have a semi jailbreak iPhone 6+ i want to turn into a hot spot?

If you have never used hotspot, you need to turn it on before it shows up on the main settings screen.
To do this go to Settings > Cellular > Personal Hotspot > On.

After you do this iOS adds a shortcut to the main menu settings for faster access.

How do I connect to a wireless network with a Philips model 32PFL5403D/F7 TV?

The Philips 32PFL5403D/F7 is not a Smart TV and can only be connected to a network through a set-top or streaming stick. The ChromeCast, Roku Stick, Roku 3, or AppleTV are examples that would work. The hotspot would not be recognized by the TV since it can't access the needed data (drivers, etc). The Playstation Wii should communicate with your wireless network and connect to the TV via the composite input on the TV. Make sure that you know the router password. The Wii supports WEP and WEP encryption. (If you have a problem viewing the Wii content on the Philips set, make sure that you used the composite output and used the Wii cable. Ordinary composite video cables don't work.)

An error of 51330 or 52130 from the Wii means that the password that you entered was not accepted by the router (or hotspot). You should have a device that is already connected to the hotspot, use that to check the SSID and password. Please add a comment with information about the model of hotspot for additional assistance. The information should be under Settings > Wi-Fi for most models but it may vary. (Check that the hotspot isn't in a sleep mode and that you are close to the Wii and still get a strong connection to your cell network.)

Cindy Wells
(If you are using a router to extend your network, I recommend using a wired connection to check the wi-fi network SSID and password. You have to log into the router to check or change things. If you reset the wireless network during this, you lose your connection to the router.)

How can i update my wii without getting error code 32007?

This is by no means an answer but error code 32007 can occur if the connection is unstable or too slow. I'm not sure exactly what kind of hotspot you are using but if possible try when there is the least amount of people.
Also, if you don't have a regular internet connection I don't know if the update is really necessary. I can't remember exactly what has been updated but Wii servers are offline except for E-shop so you might be fine the way you are.

I'm trying to run Wi Fi from my internet on my cell to my son's wii,can I do this?

The cell would have to be able to setup a hotspot. If enabled the wii should see the phone as any other wifi connection. So yes it is possible it depends on the phone.

How do get internet in wii

There are 2 ways to get the internet on the Wii.First way is to connect with a LAN adapter cable hooked into a wired router or a wireless router or (hot spot).

You will need to know the "name" of the network your connecting to and the password. With the proper equipment in place just turn on the Wii and using the remote choose the "wii" button. then choose settings and go to the 2nd page. Follow the on screen prompts.

Unable to connect to server. Error Code: 52230. Trying to conect to internet via motorola droid x cell phone hot spot. Wii recognizes phone however still I continue to receive the error code mentioned...

From what I could find, this error means that the wii is not assigned an ip address that is routable by the phone. Make sure your wii is using DHCP in the IP address settings, and not manual settings. For further assistance regarding this check out the site listed below, and if you like my solution please feel free to give me a thumbs up!
