Question about Quatech SSU-100 Serial Adapter
You have to setup the com prot for the serial connection to be recognized.
Go to the system ICON in the control settings.
Select hardware tab then device manager
you'll see the com ports select com port one
right click and select properties then the port settings tab.
Check you product adapter and make sure you have set the speed settings, data bits, flow control according to manufactures specs. save and this should solve you problem.
note: make sure there is no other peripheral operating on your system this may be utilizing your comports and restricing your connection.
