It seems to be charging then when you go to turn it on, it does not come on. When I took it to Office Max yesterday, the salesperson suggested that I go to Ebay and buy a new li-ion rechargeable battery pack for it. I don't want to spend the money on a new battery if it's the DVD player that doesn't work.
