Question about Toshiba Satellite A100-S8111TD Notebook
Hi There I recently bought a Toshiba A100-02L Laptop and it was working fine, I loaded up all the software no problem. Then connected to the internet to download spybot and a-squared and when I restarted my computer to complete the installation it simply would not stop! I cannot log in to the computer to use it because the restarting does not stop for long enough! Any ideas what I've done? How can I restore factory settings? I thought perhaps this might solve the prob? Thanks for your help! Jo Pls note the product named below is not the correct one - the right name is in the subject header at the top of this message.

First try turning off using the power button to stop the restart if not already, if you have done that keep press F8 while it's booting and you will get into safe mode, choose, either start windows in safe mode or better vga mode if the option is there and when in windows uninstall the last two programmes you installed. If the system does not allow that, turn back off and then pressing F8 again on boot up choose when in the menu Last known good configuration and the pc should then restart with the last good settings.
