Problem for Dell Precision T3400 PC Desktop

Dual monitors occasionally go blank

I have a dual Double Sight display connected to my Dell T 3400. On occasion, my monitors go blank. I have to disconnect the monitors, reconnect and re-boot the system to get my display back.

Are you running in Presentation Mode, accessible through Dell's QuickSet Utility or a variation of Dell software?

Check and see if there not in a DPMI mode both on your monitors and the video card under display settings, if your rebooting to get them back on its a DPMI issue that just needs adjustment,
