The timer knob broke - can't find replacement

The timer knob, which gets daily use, has broken. Plastic.... My local roaster can't get a replacement knob. The Baratza website has replacements for just about every part except the knob. Where can I get one? Thanks! Lonnie

Assuming it has broken on the shaft then you could pry the broken bit off the shaft and take the knob and broken piece to your domestic appliance parts stockist. The shafts are usually a standard size and there might be a similar knob that you could replace it with.

On/off swith knob broken
Is it the actual knob that is broken or the little tab the knob holds onto that is broken. You either need a replacement knob or a replacement switch assuming the know is also the thermostat for the unit. Does that same knob control the fan speed? Temprature or timer?

Intermatic makes replacement plastic knobs, but I have not run across a metal knob.

Since the plastic knob sells for $3-4, and probably is not a high volume seller, there would not be much incentive for industry to make a knock-off imitation of Intermatic knob out of more costly material like metal, let alone have a viable market outlet for that product.

Timer switches are normally not repairable.
You will have to replace the timer switch.
When you do, make sure you get the right timer switch, and remove and connect one wire at at time. This will save you problems later if you get the wiring confused.

My timer knob is broken. How can I order only that part?
I would advise you to call Kitchenaid Customer Service. They would be able to send you a replacement timer knob at no cost. You may simply pull off the broken timer knob, and the new knob will snap in with ease.
