You will have to use software to make the labels...like Microsoft Office Word, Open office Writer, or Microsoft Works. In MS Office Word (2003) go to tools->letters and mailings -> envelope and lables. Create the label you need.
If you use open office, go to File->New->Labels and create the label you need.
After which, you put the paper in the printer and print them out. May want to check out the size so you make sure it prints correctly.

Would you mind if I ask you few questions? What's the exact size of the Label you are trying to print? From which program are you trying to print? Have you set the correct paper size for the printer so that it will print on the correct paper size?
There are only two ways to troubleshoot this. 1. Setting the correct paper size, 2. Disabling the the Paper Type sensor. Both the steps are to be performed on the computer.
For Microsoft office's print settings, you can refer here (Click Here).. but if you don't know about this, I would request you to please let me know whatever I've asked so that I can help you fix the issue.
Thanks.

You have to setup printer details, not to sure of programme, if word try looking under mailings/envelopes. There you have the choice to alter the details of the item you wish to use as a template. Good luck.
