Built in De Dietrich dishwasher

My dishwasher has stopped working. It completed a full cycle day before yesterday, but wouldn't work when I went to run it this morning. An orange light has come on (on the top, to the right of the programmes) but I'm not sure what it means. It has two arrows flowing in different directions in a sort of circular movement. I've topped up both salt and rinse aid and the power is working OK. Unfortunately I don't have a manual. Please can you tell me what this symbol means and what I might need to do to get the machine to function. Thank you.
