If the test page is working in colour then it's most likely your printer settings. Go into the settings when printing and ensure that greyscale or black/white printing is not turned on.
it could be your camera setting, eg, black white, sepia etc, the colour contrast could have been changed?? if it only does it on camera and not video mode, then its more likely your camera settings, if it does it on video and camera, then it could be the camera its self
I had similar problems when I first installed the printer and after different tests we found out that the Magenta ink print head was faulty. Changed head to a new one and problem solved. You will need to recalibrate and do paper set up's again.
This sounds like it might be a defective CCD imager. If so, Fuji should fix this for you for free. This is regardless of your camera's warranty status. Please check the following two links for more info:
