Go to the control panel
Click on "Scanners and Cameras"
Right click on your webcam icon and choose copy
Go to your desktop and press <Ctrl> and "v" and the same time.
It will copy the icon to access your webcam
u have to install driver of ur web cam....then in the setting of MSN messanger u should select ur caputering device (ur web cam model)then aplly...MSN will connect to ur webcam
HAVE YOU SET CAM UP WITH SKYPE
IF THIS DOES'NT HELP UNINSTALL SKYPE THEN REINSTALL AND FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS FOR SETUP-----
Go to TOOLS, then OPTIONS, and click on Audio Settings and set the Microphone and Speakers to the computer Audio Card. Then click on the Video Settings. The camera if installed properly will come up and show a picture. Then on the bottom of the page click on Save.
DON'T FORGET TO RATE AND LET ME KNOW IF YOU STILL HAVE PROBLEM
I have gone to the Logitech web page and downloaded the info for my OLD (like 6 years old) webcam several times. You can then put onto another CD for future use.
