ERROR: "Reset 8" (by 2 users)

Hi...

My CD changer is not working and it shows me "Reset 8" error...

I tried to hold the Eject button for 10 seconds in order to reset the changer but it didn't fix the problem...

Kindly provide me with any available instruction...
