Heres what mine did:no picture no sound, when i hit the remote the indicator light went out....piece of crap is six months old, cant find any info on it, cant get a hold of anyone at Trutech.
So i took it apart, on the board that the power cord is attached to, i found six blown capacitors. There is also a big ass one in the middle of that board which looked ok but blew out the bottom.I replaced them, and im watching it as i type.
Its fairly easy but if your not comfortable soldering on a cheap circuit board, take it to someone.
I hope it helps, i think this repair will fix the other Trutech models with the same problems.

I have a Proview RX-326 that suddenly stopped working. The power light is on and turns green when the Power button is pushed. But there is no picture, sound, menus, etc. It will not turn off except by pulling the power cord once you get it powered on.
Any thoughts?

Mine will flash, but when I press the "on" button, it won't turn on. I have to unplug to reset. Any solutions?
emerson 20" lcd tv will nnot turn on. Red power light comes on for a moment and then turns back off. TV only 1 year old.

tv wont turn on . i plug it in and stad by/on led is red then you hear a click as if tv turns on led turns green for about 2sec. then you hear aclick again and led is back to red. power buton dose not turn tv back on.
