pretty much any gas powered pressure washer in good repair with a decent nozzle/wand can work on concrete. They have a lot more power than electric ones.

Briggs & Stratton 2300 PSI 6.0HP EXVRB2321 Pump

The cause could be 1 of two problems:

1.) The seals are worn out or broken. IF you remove the head of the pump and find the broken seals, they can be replaced with this kit:
http://www.ppe-pressure-washer-parts.com/product/D23514

2.) The ceramic rods that hold the two main straps in place shattered. This is caused by overheating in the pump, if the pressure washer is left of for several minutes without releasing the pressure. If this is the case, parts are available, but can be quite difficult to replace. I'd recommend taking it to a service center in this case.

I have a honda excel 2500 psi , where would the pressure relief valve be located?

Many of the excel units don't come with a pressure relief valve but instead a thermal relief valve, it really depends on the model number of the pressure washer. You should only replace the thermal relief valve if it is leaking.

I have an old briggs stratton 2001 power washer its hard to read model number it looks like EXYRB2321 or EXVRB2321 its 6 hp when i put in ether number at B&S sit they say no results i need a...

Excell pressure washers used a series of numbers such as yours. I believe that that number will be for pump or pressure washer as a whole unit. Check Excell web site for a match. If you are looking for the engine model number check the fan shroud or valve cover or tag on engine itself. Good luck

Excell r 2522 presure washer pump rebuild

I like http://www.ppe-pressure-washer-parts.com/excell-vr2522-replacement-parts-pump See pump upgrade and compare to rebuilding. Another good site is www.pressure-washer-parts.com. Piston seals usual begin by overheating from excessive idling. You might add a thermostatic relief valve to help this.

Model EXVRB2321 would run only with full choke,

What engine is it? The plug gap should be preset, But I'm glad you mentioned the compression, it should be 100 lbs.. , 70 lbs min, or it won't start. You might have a valve burned out from the choke being on. Most engines won't run with the choke on, so something was wrong. You can pull the head and the valves easy enough to see what it is. One more thing, make sure there is nothing holding the engine back from running, like the pressure washer is full and ready to go, let the pressure out if you can. Hope this helps.
