Hi, In your camera's menu/set-up, there is a function to "Format". This will format the memory and effectively delete all its contents. Alternately, since the digicam will be recognized by the PC as an external Removable Mass Storage/Device, displaying the contents is identical to opening a folder. Ctrl + A is to select all contents of the digicam's memory "Del" is to delete. Hope this be of some help/idea. Post back how things turned up or should you need additional information. good luck and kind regards.

How do I delete photos off the camera roll without deleteing them off the album

There are two methods to delete photos from iPad Camera Roll:
1. Import the Camera Roll to your computer, choosing to delete photos after import.
2. Delete photos from your iPad manually. Open the Photos application, open the Camera Roll, tap the Action button, tap each photo to select it, and tap the Delete button.
Note: For photos you want to save for later, import them to your computer before deleting them from the Camera Roll.

I have a Samsung Digital PL201 camera and I am unable to delete multiple pictures which means I have to go theough 500 photos and delete them individually... there must be a way of deleting the whole lot? ...

Hello,
To delete all the contents off the camera / media card you will need to navigate to the format option in the camera menu. Press menu then settings then format. NOTE this will delete EVERYTHING off the card.
To upload video files to your computer try taking the card out of the camera and connect it to your computers card reader (or buy one if you need) and open up the removable drive in my computer, copy the files you need onto the PC hard drive from the removable drive. You could also use the Intelli-studio software that came with the camera to transfer video files.

Hi there, I have a Fuji Finepix S1600 camera and I want to know how I can delete all photos in one go, after I have uploaded them. I can only see a way of deleting photos individually. Thanks,

Assuming the photos are on a memory card, format the card. The Format command is in the Setup menu.

Memory cards should be formatted each time you finish downloading your photos to your computer. FixYa is full of people asking how to recover pictures from cards that haven't been formatted regularly.

Nikon Coolpix L14....deleting multiple photos

If you are looking to delete them all at once on the camera, you can format the card.

But really, the best way to manage pictures on your camera card is to use a card reader with your computer/laptop to delete/copy pictures from your camera card to your computer/laptop.

Deleting unwanted pictures

I have two suggestions. First, you can tag a bunch of your photos on the camera, and then delete them in one operation. You can also delete all the photos on the camera in one operation. This is explained in the owner's manual on page 45 (can be downloaded from www.samsungcamera.com): Deleting images 1. Select a desired sub menu by pressing the UP/ DOWN button and press the OK button. [Select] : Selection window for an image to delete is displayed. - Up/ Down/ Left/ Right : Select an image - Zoom T Button : Select the image for deletion. (V mark) - OK Button : Press the OK Button to display the confirmation message. Select the [Yes] menu and press the OK button to delete marked images. [All Pics] : Displays confirmation window. Select the [Yes] menu and press the OK button to delete all unprotected images. If there aren?t protected images, all the images are deleted and a [No Image!] message will display. 2. After deletion, the screen will be changed to the play mode screen. My alternative suggestion is to use a better program on your PC for downloading and organizing photos. You can get a really nice (and free!) one at www.preclick.com. When you download photos using this, it gives you the option of deleting the downloaded photos from the camera at the same time.
