Re: keyboard

I bought a refurb EX110 from a year ago... Everything worked fine for a year (XPx32), but now the home keys (sans G and H) do not work: ASDFJKL;

New SetPoint software, batteries, blew out with 100PSI of air, tried on several PCs -- all the same results.

These are just poorly made keyboards. They have fine ergonomics, but the soft components just don't stand the test of time.

They carry a 5 year limited Logitech warranty (when purchased new w/ proof of purchase), so instead of jacking around with them I'd just goto and initiate an RMA.

As for me, I've started the process, but don't know if they'll take back my 2 year old keyboard that I spent $25 for from a discount site...

use wired keyboard to access computer and re-install logitec software. Also check your signal from wireless hub and reset if necessary. Check bottom of keyboard for on osf switch..they are sneaky sometimes. :)

Keyboard not working

This is sort of general but it just may help.
Make sure your batteries are in correctly.
Make sure the transmitter dongle is in the USB.
Look on the transmitter and the mouse and keyboard
itself (bottom) for a little tiny button that says connect
or reconnect. Move the mouse about six inches away from
the transmitter and press both the transmitter and the mouse.
That should reestablish the signal twixt the two.(or three KB)

I see no reason that the mouse should not work. They have the Xop driver and the install software. Download both and also read henote that they are talking about in. red. I didn not download it myself. If this doesn't work you can get a common PS 2 mouse for a small amount  most anywhere including Walmart.,en?softwareid=4338&osid=1

Logitech cordless mouse and keyboard installation

You probably already done this but try pressing the receiver button and while it is flashing turn the board over and press the small reset/connect button on the bottom of the board and also the reset/connect button on the bottom of the mouse. It should work okay after that. here is hoping that helps. Bud

Wireless keyboard & mouse not working

First download and run regscrub xp and ccleaner to clean up your system then try uninstalling and reinstalling the logitech setpoint software and try the keyboard and mouse again. Let me know if this works.

Logitec Wireless keyboard and mouse

I presume the batteries were in correctly.
did you connect them when the computer was off, and let windows find them on bootup.
Also, make sure that you follow directions on how to get them to connect. And, make sure you run the cd that came with it.
