Magenta and PM not printing despite several cleanings and replacing ink cartridges

Reds are not printing on my canon i950 ink jet printer. (Mac OS X) I have used the utility to perform several cleanings and at least 2 deep cleanings. I used a Q tip with rubbing alcohol to wipe the port where the ink is fed to the nozzle, still no reds. What can I do.
