You won't be able to access the files if you perform a new installation because the previous installation files contain the password which is required for decryption.

Look around the C:\>program files and find all the folders related to mywinlocker. Thereafter, you've to reinstall mywinlocker as it's already installed but couldn't able to start your program due to of installing reinstalling Windows.
Press ctrl + Alt + delete keys at the same time. Open windows task manager and find the mywinloacker process under the processes. Right click on it and choose to end the process.
...Or you can simply reboot your computer and that will end it as well.
my program was pre-installed into my AcerI had this problem myself and fixed it by uninstalling Mywinlocker first then restoring it, Worked perfectly. To restore follow these steps if you do not know how to restore (it might be different for you but if you read your options it should land you in the general direction) \ /
\ / \ / Start menu> type "Acer eRocovery Management" >"Restore" tab> "Re-install Drivers or Applications"> "contents"> search for "Mywinlocker" and lick "install"
