Cant go into my inbox on my motorola i425

everytime i try goin into my inbox my phone resets its self on and off.i can get texts i jus cant look at them.i can go into outbox and drafts n all the other stuff its just i cant get into my inbox sum one please help me.

ok this happen to me this morning and i just now figured out how to fix it go to menu then settings>advanced>reset defaults>reset settings
then enter 6 zeros like this 000000 and then select yes it will delete your texts but you'll be able to get to your inbox..
