Sounds like its a magenta drum going bad. It could also be the transfer cleaning blade assembly, or the transfer belt needing replacement. Do you know if any of these items have been replaced. Drums usually last around 40,000 prints. Transfer belts 300,000 and the blade 100,000. Hope this helps.

its probably your black drum unit that needs to be replaced

E020 is a Drum/developer error code

-01b0 is a yellow drum error

-0260 is a magenta drum error

check or change the magenta drum unit

Has the Cyan drum been replaced resently? If so, you may have a defective drum unit. If that is not the case you may have to change the Cyan drum unit...... Also, you may have to change the Magenta drum as well, the 2 drums make Blue... Good Luck

Check Magenta and Cyan drum unit, its the combination of this two color produce blue, purple and etc..

Most probably you have a worn out drum, and most probably is the yellow drum. The other possible thing a worn out transfer cleaning blade. I suggest that from service mode and option you activate the drum life display. So that when you press on system monitor and then consumables you can view the all the drums status apart from th etoner availabilty.

this could be two things first, the transfer belt is slipping. It can be cleaned on the inside of the belt and the rubber drive roller. second, the laser units need to be timed, its not hard to do but a service tech will need to do both. it should be running great. the 3200 is a great box

Sound to me like a drum problem, try replacing it and it should work after u do..
