Use this link: www.canon.com. there on the page, choose your region eg, Americas, Europe/Africa/Middle East, Oceania, Japan, etc and select the country of your brand eg, Canon South Africa, Canon UK. Click Driver Download. On the Select your Product page, lookup for printer and choose the model and then download the software. Good luck
