after logging on to the net & sourcing a web page,the page ,after 4 or 5 mins. just scrolls to the bottom of the page.any attempt to scroll up the page is futile.the only way i can continue is to shut down & restart, after which,same process over & over again.I'm goin' NUTS.Can anyone Please help.Kind Regards,John.
