I have a 2003chevy cavalier im trying to put a sony xplode cd/radio in it i bought a gm radio interface for it but never seen one quite like this i really need a diagram showing the wires and what they all connect to cause the interface has an orange wire but the car wires dont im in need of help please

You can buy an adapter to hook into the original wires so you only splice the adapter to the radio. That way you can re-install the factory radio when you get ready to buy a new car. The new stereo should have come with a diagram and the orange wire will be explained in the install instructions. (It will be the same as the orange wire to the stereo connections). If there is no orange wsire hook up and cap that wire see what happens this wil not hurt anything it will just let you know what that wire controls.
