Re: cant charge

I finally found out what was going on: I was using the iPod USB connector, which looks very similar. But I tried with the Sandisk connector I had forgotten at the bottom of a drawer and, well, everything works fine!

Battery is too low system shutdown and it is plugged up to the computer

most likely your battery is burned up and will no longer hold a charge...two choices hire someone to replace the battery or try to do so yourself or you can trash it and buy a new one....hope that helps some

I cant get my sansa mp3 playr 2 turn on?

i had this problem today-though mine sounds a little different. i need more info to correctly answer this, but i'll give it my best shot. when i tuned my Sansa on, it said 'battery too low. system shutdown' so i charge it same thing. here's what i did.
1)carefully unscrew the back off
2)you should see a big white thing with all ths Japanese kanji and what not on it. this is the battery.
3)what i did was i took out the battery since it is customer replacable and i put it back in. the same one. it works now.

Problem with sansa e260

that happens to me too. i think the problem is that your computer can't like, sense that it's plugged in, so your battery's dying out, and the computer wont charge it

Have you tried recharging the battery? If it is not showing when you connect it to your computer, try holding down the Menu/On-Off button for 15 - 30 seconds and see if it goes on.
If you need a new battery this is a good place to get one:

"Battery Is Too Low System Shutdown"

The battery has come loose from the contacts on the inside.

Remove the back (4 screws), remove the battery and put it back in securely.

Then charge it for a couple hours.

Best of Luck.
