Sometimes, my Telefunken TV, have some troubles with audio, such as: it's impossible to hear more. This fact happens in different time, you can not predict when it will happen again. The problem occurs every three or four days, or once a week, sometimes even twice a day. To continue listening I turn off and on for a few seconds the device. Thanks for your help.

On your remote should be a button called TV caption or text. Turn off the closed caption as someone hit it and turned it on by accident. If its not on your remote, then it is in the menu. Good Luck Ps Please dont forget to rate this thread.

Hi.
Yes it could be a cooling problem, If your tv has any filters remove & clean them ensure fan can turn freely & that nothing can or is snagging it.

Can't hear the sound on a VR 18+ game, although the video feed is ok.

See if your sound cable is connected properly, and that it doesn't malfunction. Similar trouble, but I've found it only happens when using bluetooth via the immersive bundle earphones. When I plug in the cord to the earphones, the trouble is gone... so it only seems to be bluetooth. Even happens on pandora sometimes. I'm trying to replicate the trouble to see if it's the VR earphones.

I've tried a lot of different virtual reality experiences, like those 9 VR Sites. Some good, some extraordinarily amazing, and some terrible. But mostly good. I've never, however, tried 18+ VR. So when Naughty America, one of the U.S.'s largest x-film production companies, invited me to try out 18+ VR for myself at CES, I wasn't sure what to expect. Would I merely be a spectator in a room watching people get freaky? Or would I actually be having a good time with VR?

I moved apartment and now expat shield is unable to connect, any suggestions?

Sounds weird. Is your internet line working ok otherwise? The fact you moved apartment shouldn't make any difference to Expat Shield. Two possibilites - their server is/was down, which is not unlikely. Secondly, did you kill the page it jumps to when it connects? Let that load properly first then kill after. I usually have my TV page up ready to go, connect Expat, let it open what it wants then kill it and refresh tv page.
They may even have updated something and you might need to install a newer version to connect. It has happened before.
Most likely server trouble, which then sometimes leads to necessity for new install. Probably purely just a coincidence with your change of apartment :-)

Background music is unbearable on TV - almost impossible to hear dialogue

I had a similar problem.. What's needed is to change the audio mode of the tv.
You may need the original tv remote to access it's setup menu or maybe able to do it with onboard buttons. (not the channel setup, but the screen brightness and hue and other stuff - Audio setup)

When entering the audio setup, you may find you're in surround sound or some other "type" of sound processing. Maybe simple Speech mode will suit you. Try different modes till you find a happy medium for your own taste.

The audio and video are not in sync

Are the movies you're watching store purchased DVDs? Sometimes with downloaded movies, the audio and video are just out of sync.

If they're store bought, it's possible that you've got a delay set in your receiver. Consult your receiver's operating manual to see if there's a "delay" option.

It's also possible that you're hearing that delay in the TV speakers.

If you've got the audio coming through the receiver AND the tv, you'll hear a slight delay when the audio's traveling from the DVD player to the television itself. This could happen "sometimes", if the tv volume is on, and not happen when the tv volume is off.
