During transcoding shuts off computer, dvd burner

-   Same thing happens to me. Project tests out just fine but crashes the program during transcoding @ different stages of progress. Program is ArcSoft which I believe was part of a oem bundle freebie from HP. Deleted program & re-installed... dumped the original project & jumped thru all of the hoops on project 2, with the same results. Noticed that the program is pulling 99% of the memory alotment of windows during transcoding. I have 2 gigs of ram on this machine... should be enough I'd say. I sure hope that there is a patch available.. Best of luck... Old guy.-   dirtyoldman
