MSI K9VGM-V mother board case speaker connection

I upgraded from an old Micro ATX 64 to the 63X2 MSI K9vgm-v board and there seems to be no place to connect the case speaker.

Unless the manual states that there's a pin header for this, then it probably doesn't have it. To keep costs down and design simple, they probably eliminated it; not surprising, considering this is a microATX board, and many ATX PC's don't come with a case speaker at all these days. The good news is you probably wont need the case speaker, other than to troubleshoot odd startup issues. The bad news is you wont have any good way to troubleshoot odd startup issues... unless it uses the on-board sound card. Try hooking up headphones or speakers to it, and see if it outputs anything during startup. (It may only do so if POST fails, and only if it fails far enough into POST.) Not really anything that can be done, if it doesn't support it.

Is the k9vgm-v compatible wit usb3?

This mainboard has on-board support for USB 2.0.

However you can use any PCI-e x1 USB3.0 controller.
Most of them have 2 ports USB 3.0.

Power lead

The Switch is non-powered except by the board.
Black should go to power or + side

It's like a wall switch for the light (power comes in on one side and out on the other) If it were a push in to a detent (like the Old 386's and 486's with AT power supply) to connect and a push in to release the detent it would make a difference. With these power buttons on the cases now, it doesn't.
