Question about GoVideo Go Video DVD/VCR Combo
Don't waste your money calling the number in St. Louis, as it is another company that is renting the name, and, has nothing to do with the dual decks we all own. I spoke with the people at the 314 area code.

Go-Video has been going through some trying times. They were based in Scottdale, AZ but their old website govideo.com is no longer up. I did find a new website: http://www.govideoelectronics.com/home.html The contact information says Go-Video is currently owned by DPI, Inc. based in St. Louis, Missouri. Telephone number listed is (314)621-3314. Good Luck.

The service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
