Question about Toshiba Satellite 2400-S251 Notebook
I have had this computer for years and las year, the power kept going out on it, and I realized the end of the power cord that gets inserted into the back of the computer could be the problem, then i looked at the back of the computer (where the power cord goes) and thought maybe there was something wrong with that part instead and tried taking the computer apart. When it wouldnt come all the way apart and I ran out of time, I decided to just put it back together and when trying to use it again the power light came on but when I pushed the button to actually turn the computer on, nothing happened. I can't figure out what i could have done to cause this, or if it just a coincidence and how to fix it so i can get some files and other things out of there...
Hi when you try to take a laptop apart yo have to make srue all the screws went back in the right place if now it may cause the computer to not start no more cause its not grounded right check and mak sure all screws are there nicely not loose and in the right places. also i can back up your files if you send me the hard drive i hav a repair shop. you also could have burnt out the motherboard while trying to take it apart. are you sure its just nto your battery thats dead? or maybe the battery died and the ac adapter no longer works eigther but in most cases its a dc jack problem that may cause it not to charge and what not let me know what happens thank you you can email me at firstname.lastname@example.org
