My samsung 32'' lcd tv LE32a456 is faulty and need help quick.When i switch it on,the screen will show black lines and this has covered the screen fully.I need help fast..

That problem is usually cause of faulty capacitors on the power supply board..
Just follow this instruction to fix your TV..
1. Open the back cover of your TV. 2. Look at the power supply board..Its normally connected to the power cord.. 3. After that,,try to look at the actual image of capacitors if it is bulged on the top so that you can easily determine the bad capacitors.. 4. After that,,try to replaced the bad capacitors using soldering iron and soldering lead..replaced the capacitors only with the same type ratings and value.. 5. Some of the capacitors not bulged so its better if have a capacitance meter
hi, There can be two possibility for this problem. Lcd driver or the lcd itself faulty. In most cases the lcd driver will become faulty. I have added a picture bellow. There is a circuit board inside your tv like this Covered by a metal cover. Remove the metal cover. You will see there will connection on three sockets. of which 2 will go to the lcd panel and one will go to the mother board. Before replacing that board carefully remove the wires from the sockets and then reconnect the same. some time improper contact can cause this problem.After that check the tv. If then also the problem remains you have to replace that circuit board as whole. ok
We have a Samsung LE32A457, whilst we were watching T.V tonight the top halve of the screen suddenly appeared with green lines halfway down the screen and that half of the picture was unwatchable, T.V is 2 years old. We have removed all scart leads but this did not help and the problem still exists, when shutting down a white horizontal line across the centre of the screen appears from this line upwards the picture is faulty. Any help or advice would be grateful.
Samsung always had problems with their front masks buzzing or rattling at certain audio frequencies. What they started doing is putting a rubber or foam "edge" around the inside of the mask to stop the noise. It sounds like yours has started to bulge out. You would have to remove the LCD panel to really access it and get it back where it belongs.
Does the lcd screen have a glow to it ? Or is it really dim if u get real close to screen u can see images moving ?
it it has a glow to it you panel lighting is fine but you control board is bad. If you have a dark screen and see faint images you panel back lighting is out u can check the power with a meter at the connection to inverter board on panel.
