Used the phone to text last week. When I next checked the phone, had 'Limited Service' displayed. The signal is on full signal, but the phone logo has a red line through it. Have powered it off/taken the battery out, used another sim card - but none work. When powering hte phone up it comes up with 'searching' and then goes straight to 'limited service'. Have taken out memory card also. Can access the MP3 etc but nothing that requires a signal (text, calling etc).
Phone has the virus get it checked with some one professional bye
you have a prob in signal reception. it is hardware related. if you can open your phone, try checking its antena connection probably it lost its contact to the board. or worst it has a problem on its hardware parts.
if you can't open your phone have it repaired to technicians coz it is mostly hardware related...

i have the exact same problem and dont have a clue what do! lol
Do not have more than 2 bars inside home or no service in mall. Can not make call or text unless outside. Others in house have no problem just our straight talk phones.
